Crab Rolls


  • 150g Crab Leg/Arm Meat
  • 1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • Zest of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Celery Stalk - finely chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper - to taste
  • Pinch Fresh Chopped Dill
  • 4 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls

  1. Most importantly, remove liquid from crab. Let drain in a mesh strainer then pat dry with paper towels if needed.
  2. Combine crab, mayo, lemon juice/zest, celery, chives, Old Bay, salt and pepper. Toss gently to prevent crab from falling apart.
  3. Spoon mixture into rolls. top with additional chives and fresh dill. Serve.
