Crab Rolls
Ingredients
150g Crab Leg/Arm Meat
1/4 Cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
Zest of 1 Lemon
1 Celery Stalk - finely chopped
1 Tablespoon Chopped Chives
1/2 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
Salt/Pepper - to taste
Pinch Fresh Chopped Dill
4 Brioche Hot Dog Rolls
Instructions
Most importantly, remove liquid from crab. Let drain in a mesh strainer then pat dry with paper towels if needed.
Combine crab, mayo, lemon juice/zest, celery, chives, Old Bay, salt and pepper. Toss gently to prevent crab from falling apart.
Spoon mixture into rolls. top with additional chives and fresh dill. Serve.
